3. What will my profit gains be making a cooperation with StockBnb Rentals?

4. Can you manage my own property in Airbnb platform?

Of course we can! Stockbnb Rentals can manage any property on any other platform. By using our own strategic actions and our specialised tools we are sure that you will have higher occupancy rates, high revenue and improved customer reviews.


5. How can i begin a cooperation with you, even right now?

We have to take some steps to start our cooperation as soon as possible. At first you can kindly send us your contact details (name and phone number) and the reason you are contacting us through our email. When we get your personal property requirements we go through a private contract agreement/terms document that will be signed between you (the owner or multiple owners) and our Company

Then we go through property set-up to get it ready for our partnership. So all you have to do is lay back and lets Stockbnb Rentals generate you high income by managing your property


6. What do you mean by property set-up, are you going to refurnish my property?

By property set-up we mean that we are going to take over your property and get it ready for accomodation. 

We can refurnish your property if it meets our property evaluation needs and add that in our contract agreement so we can negotiate the expenses.

7. How long our cooperation will last?

It depends on how long you want it for rent as this is not binding. Our contract agreement duration most of the times is 1 year. We want the owner to realise the short-term profit potential of their property as we will spend full season in the market for 1 year and thats why we suggest this.
Each year there is significantly high potential for increasing your profits steadily, setting us apart from competition.

8. What if i want to stop our partnership?

We love building and maintain long-term trust relations with everyone but if in any case you want to stop or cancel your cooperation with us we can do it. 

However with your initial signing you agree to our Management terms. So for cancelling our partnership you need to send as a written notice via email approximately 5 months before or more. This will be written on the contract agreement as there will be property set-up or advertising costs.

For Company practical and safety purposes future bookings that already have been confirmed cannot be cancelled.

9. Will anyone from Stockbnb Rentals greet my guests during their check-in?

Stockbnb Rentals can ensure you that your guests wil be greeted with a warm welcome when they are checking-in to the property. Hospitality is our first priority and what we are striving for.  So we get the best outcome of excellent reviews for every individual property owner.

We use special safety electronic secure lock  for our guests to get into the property without the need of keys that may get stolen or copied from the guest's. The self check-in method is also high lighted with high volume of good reviews and most preferable by any guest in all major platforms instead of the standard check-in method.

We of course meet our guest's when it's the time for checking out and this is also the right time for us to check the condition of the property if any damage has been occured

The team of Stockbnb Rentals is 24/7 next to any visitor who will stay at the property whenever they have any problem or need anything during their stay.

10. Can i stay at my property after we sign the contract agreement?

Stockbnb rentals give u access as a co-host on our online platforms, to the calendar of your property so once the property is free of guests thats when we book a reservation for your personal use or a family member.

That of course may have a negative impact on the revenue your property will eventually generate

Stockbnb rentals, as your representative on all major online platforms, will handle all questions and requests concerning your property. We provide our partners a software you will have access at any time and also to the calendar of your property where you can see your confirmed reservations so you can make a reservation for your personal use any days you want or to host a friend, a family member or relative.  We're just asking you to let us know if any bookings or changes will occur in the property (which we have not coordinated) so that there will be no double bookings and/or any other related problems with the property.

11. Can i authorise my property to you, to manage it only during summer season?

Yes, you can! The summer season is the peak tourist season in Cyprus. Please inform us in advance as it will take our team some time to set-up, prepare and equip the property accordingly, so then it can be registered on the online platforms.


SAFETY & RELIABILITY

1. What if a guest steal something from my property?

All guest's and visitors are required to provide and record their personal details before making any reservation to get into a property we manage. All of the important personal items and liabilities in your property will be registered. We must point out that you must remove objects of high and emotional value from your space. Please keep in mind that it is very rare for something like this to happen, based on our experience. In the unlikely event, we will communicate immediately with the platform and submit the relevant event in order to be fully compensated.

2. If my property is damaged by guest's, what happens next?

Our team will inspect the property at the guest's departure. On every departure we are taking photos and any evidence of damage we directly communicate with the respective platform in order to be fully compensated. However based on our experience, this is a very rare case.

3. Is my property insured and protected?

Platforms like Airbnb provide an incidental insurance policy protection ­to their hosts for confirmed bookings and does not rely on that. Airbnb also provides the priviledge to the property owner or in our case to our Company to set a security deposit limit that we wish.

All properties, additionally should have their own liability insurance to provide them with further coverage! Also owner is strongly encouraged to carry an umbrella policy extending coverage to  €1,000, 000.
